Udo's Choice Ultimate Oil Capsules (90 caps)

Udo’s Choice is formulated by Udo Erasmus and made from the oils of certified organic flax, sunflower and sesame seeds, with unrefined oils from the germs of rice and oats, evening primrose oil and non GMO Lecithin. As EFA’s are sensitive to light, oxygen and heat Udo’s Choice Ultimate Oil Blend is pressed at a low temperature in the absence of light and oxygen. The oil is bottled in glass as oils react with plastic.


For best results always take with food as this increases the absorption of the oil. This oil has a pleasant nutty taste and adds flavour to any dish. Simply pour on to your pasta or rice, add to juice or yoghurt, use on potatoes instead of butter, or add to a salad dressing.Udo’s Choice must be stored refrigerated (the capsules don’t need to be). It can be frozen to extend shelf life.

You must not cook with Udo’s Choice as the heat destroys the EFA's and many other nutrients in the oil.
